Programs:

More than a lecture, Diversity Matters Now! is a dynamic and transformative workshop co-created by international peace workers and social justice trainers Cherine Badawi and Dr. Arthur Romano. Diversity Matter Now! uses interactive activities to address diversity issues, enhance leadership qualities and increase capacity to build connections and community across lines of difference. Through a series of lecturettes and activities that promote deep introspection, personal story sharing, and community building, Cherine and Arthur work with students to explore diversity and develop a collective sense of purpose.
